Polka dots are everywhere right now and I have honestly seen dozens of super cute polka dot dresses, skirts and tops from major designers and high street alike. There are giant statement polka dots, white palettes with black or red specks and super colorful polka dots. But in a sea of polka dots, this top really caught my eye. It looks quality; it looks fashion. It looks unique. I can see it with light washed jeans and every silhouette for pants (wide, straight) and skirts (A-line, pencil, mini). It’s sophisticated and fun, and you will want to wear forever. The midnight blue is striking and the puffed sleeves work so well with the print. The drawstring waist is a cute touch.
This is not to say you shouldn’t get the flowy skirt from Zara, especially if you’re going to pair it with a chunky and colorful knit right now. But before you buy heaps of polka dots, consider consolidating your spots with this super chic piece.
