With the spring ’19 sales only weeks away, it’s time to put together your wish list for what you’d love to buy at the best prices. One of the top rules here at Noir Friday is to know what you want to buy before you shop. Most of the major spring ’19 sales will launch right before Memorial Day. A lot of retailers are running pre-sale promotions in which they are offering 20-25 percent on certain items. Shopbop is having another surprise sale (ending tonight) and Net-A-Porter will throw one of their private sales beginning May 2 with 25 percent off a huge amount of merchandise. Barneys New York has a small selection on sale for 40 percent off and Neiman Marcus is already on First Call.

If you’re like me, though, you’re waiting for at least 40 percent off everything. This guide includes my favorite items from several retailers. I shop for different things at all the sites here—I tend to buy a lot of basics from Shopbop, more splurgy items from Matches Fashion, one-off pieces from Luisaviaroma, etc., etc. You’ll find some items across a couple of different sites to make sure you snag the best price.
