I had the opportunity to attend some fantastic shows during New York Fashion Week this year. I wore this comfortable look to dash between the Alice + Olivia presentation and Monique Lhuillier, which were back to back. Of course, it’s always super hot in New York for the spring shows, so this dress with the cut-out back was perfect for the 90-plus temps. I found it on deep sale at Matches Fashion this past spring. I bought the shoes last-minute the day before. I wanted the look to feel easy and these loafers are the most comfortable shoes in the history of time. They were also the most photographed item I wore during New York Fashion Week. They are sold exclusively through Neiman Marcus and other department stores.

The bag was an incredible birthday gift and total surprise from my husband. I showed him a photograph of it on the runway back in March and he worked on getting it for weeks. I picked up the sunglasses at Dolce & Gabbana right before leaving for New York.
