The cozy season is well underway and your fall edit for all the best items to keep an eye on is right here. I love being back in the city this time of year and seeing the leaves turn and the pumpkins lining brownstone steps, squeezing into the corner table at a neighborhood restaurant and taking in the cultural happenings.

I have to say I wasn’t seeing a whole lot of pieces for fall until recently. It seems a lot of the retailers still have quite a bit of leftover summer. But my eye caught a few things recently and I’m hoping more is coming soon. I’ll keep updating this post as I see more.

I’m into quirky knits this fall and cozy velvet and smart pumps. And I always love the Olympia Le Tan Christmas clutches. I have one already—Miracle on 34th Street—but one of these might be irresistible if I see it on sale. (I’ve always liked this one, too.)
