When I spotted this Christopher Kane sweatshirt on sale at Barneys.com back in January, I knew I had to have it. Who doesn’t want to be comfortable but still look cool? This is from the recent capsule collection celebrating the brand’s 10th anniversary, so it’s a bit of fashion history— plus I love pieces you can wear dressed up or down and the floral embroidery in lavender, marigold and blue satin is punchy and a smidge dowdy, which makes it perfect.

I found the Dolce & Gabbana sneakers on sale at Farfetch. It was my first purchase from that site and I was charmed by the pretty packaging (which included a handwritten note from the Italian seller) and quick shipping (with convenient text messages to keep you posted). I would keep an eye for the ones below to go on sale.
