One of my favorite things to do during summer in Chicago (there are many) is to stroll the lakefront. It really is a magnificent sight. On this warm and sunny (and slightly hazy) morning, I slipped on my new Acne slides and this breezy Rag & Bone dress that I found on sale at Neiman Marcus last summer.
The 18-mile trail that hugs the lakefront is a diamond in the heart of our city. It was very peaceful on this early morning—the path is usually crowded with bikers, walkers, boaters and sun seekers. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re touring the city in the summer. As you can see, you get one of the best views of the city.
