Is it me or has the cardigan become seriously cool? I keep gravitating toward them this winter; they look so chic and fresh. Cardigans have been trending in different iterations: long and lightweight, perhaps belted. But at the moment the style is grandad-inspired and oversized, like the I Love Mr. Mittens ones, which I love, and this chic pink one from high street, which I keep coming back to again and again in the last couple of weeks. The shaggy knit one here, also from high street, is definitely cool, with its 70s vibe, which you all know I love. I like the length, neither long nor cropped, as well the tube knit sleeve, a nice detail. Overall, it’s a great staple as the weather warms up: picture it with your flowy skirt or cropped jeans and a knife pump. This cardigan also comes in a lovely blue—and is a far cry from your granny’s lumpy blue sweater.
