We recently wrote about our love for Valentine’s Day here—or rather, our love for pink and red, flirty frocks and statement pieces that tell the world you’re not the least bit shy about your fashion choices. We love the mix of cool, sexy and cheeky dressing associated with Valentine’s Day so much, we’re advocating for a year-round day-of-love style.
Personally, I love feminine frocks, but they must have a wink or an edge. I fell for this Christopher Kane clutch because the heart is so in-your-face. The Marc by Marc Jacobs skirt has such a feminine silhouette but the faux leather is super tough-girl and the H+M blouse has a masculine cut but the silky fabric is ladylike. The Salvatore Ferragamo boots are at once girly and cool. The oversize Gucci sunglasses are legit quirky.
Shop them all right here.
(A note about the Gucci sunglasses: I found them on serious sale through Neiman Marcus so even though the price for them here is astronomical, I would keep a tab on those. In general, I love the oversize square frame from Gucci right now. I also bought the Christopher Kane clutch for less than what is listed here through MatchesFashion.com. I’ll keep checking that site to see if it comes back for a better deal.)
